Living For The Weekend

[Cm] [Ab] [Fm] [G7] [Cm]

[Cm]Oh, I've been working all week I'm [Ab]tired
I've been working all week and [Fm]I'm
Just [G7]living for the [Cm]weekend

Hey [Cm]hey, I've got some money I just got [Ab]paid
I got some money and I can't [Fm]wait
At [G7]6 o'clock, I'm [Cm]out of here

[Ab]Out there tonight is the [Fm]night of my life got my [Cm]name on
[Ab]Run down the street adi[Bb]das on my feet I'm on [G7]fire

Working all the [Cm]time, work is such a [Ab]bind
Got some money [Fm]to spend, [G7]living for the [Cm]weekend
When it gets too [Cm]much, I live for the [Ab]rush
Got some money [Fm]to spend, [G7]living for the [Cm]weekend

Oh man!
Yeah I've been working a week, I'm shot
Yeah I've been working a week for what?
Just living for the weekend
Oh shit!
So my clothes are all counterfeit
So my name isn't on the list
'No you can't come in, so go home boys!'

Slip round the back look at that
There's a cracked toilet window
Drop to the floor covers us through the door
I'm on fire

Working all the time
Work is such a bind
Got some money to spend
Living for the weekend
When it gets too much
I live for the rush
Got some money to spend
Living for the weekend

Can you feel it? // For this section use the chord shape
Feel the pressure... rising // of Cm but change the bass note through
Pushing down on me, oh lord! // C - G

Same chord progression as for the verses
Pressure, pressure, pressure pressure pressure
Feel the pressure
Pressure, pressure, pressure pressure pressure

Living for the weekend [x8]

Going out tonight, going out tonight
Baby you and I are going out tonight
[repeat x4]
