Our God Is In Control

[C#m] [B] [A] [E/G#] [F#m9]

This is n[E]ot how it should be
This is [Amaj9]not how it could be
This is how it[C#m] is [Bsus4]
And our God is in[E] control

This is not how it will be
When we finally will see
We'll see with our own eyes
He was always in control

And we'll sing h[A]oly, h[B]oly, [C#m]holy is our God
And we will [A]finally r[B]eally understand what it m[C#m]eans
So we'll sing h[A]oly, [B]holy,[C#m] holy is our God
While we're waiting fo[F#m]r that day [A]

This is not where we planned to be
When we started this journey
But this is where we are
And our God is in control

Though this first taste is bitter
There will be sweetness forever
When we finally taste and see
That our God is in control
