Freedom Fighters

(Mandolin)

G(0023) strummed fast adding (0012) every 8th beat

When a [C]man walks out of his [G]house one day
Looks [G]up to the deep blue [D]sky
[C]Thinks about his past
And [G]looks to the future
And [G]then the answer [D]sparkles in his [G]eye
Oh yes we're [C]freedom fighters with [G]mandolins
          [G] [D] (FILL)
We're not here for to blow you away
We've got [C]songs in our hearts
And [G]guitars in our hands
And we're [G]looking for [D]peace
Some fine [G]day

(SAME CHORDS)
If you're goin' up north or way down south
Or west to Galway bay
Keep an open heart
With lots of love
Then you'll find people on your way
They'll be freedom fighters with mandolins
They won't be here for to blow you away
They'll have songs in their hearts
And guitars in their hands
And they're looking for some peace
Some fine day
