The Falcons

[C] [Am] [Dm]

[C]Down in the foundry

We forge for us the changing bell

Turn your back against the winds

Spit down the wishing well
[Am]With nothing left to waste but opportunity
[Dm]To be the lovers we have longed to be

[C]Now things are looking[Dm] up, up, up for you
[C]Looking up, up, [Dm]up for me
[C]Looking up, up,[Dm] up for us
[C]Finally

We cross the border line

To wake the sleep of color under wind turbines
[Am]Look at the rusting of the old machinery
[Dm]Rusted away, a part of history

Now things[C] are looking up,[Dm] up, up for you
[C]Looking up, up, up for m[Dm]e
[C]Looking up, up, up for u[Dm]s
[C]Hey, finally
We crossed the border line [Am]

[Dm] [C] [Am] [Dm]

Up, up, up, up, up, up, up, up
Up, up, up, up, up, up

[C]What brings you joy will take your tears

You've been holding back too many years
[Am]But you were down and out of luck
[Dm]Now side by side, we're looking up
Up, up, up, up, up, up, up, up
[C]Finally

[C]Looking up, up, up [Dm]for you
[C]Looking up, up, up f[Dm]or me
[C]Looking up, up, up [Dm]for us
[C]Time to ring that c[Dm]hanging bell
[C]Up, up, up, up, up, [Dm]up, up, up
Up, up, up, up, up, up, up
