Something Sexy About The Rain

There's something sexy about the ra[D9]in
She said as it came po[G]uring down
It feels like kisses on my [A]skin
[G]She spread her a[A]rms and spun aro[D9]und
[A]In a summer island s[D9]torm
In a field of sugarc[G]ane
She taught me how and sh[A]owed me why
There's something sexy about the r[D9]ain

And sometimes it rained a[G]ll night
And everything she did was p[A]erfect
[G]And every w[A]ay we were was ri[D9]ght
[A]We loved like there was no tom[D9]orrow
Then suddenly tom[G]orrow came
And it was raining at the a[A]irport
[G]And kept on r[A]aining on the p[D9]lane

[Bm]She only loved me for a s[G]eason
[Em]But my heart won't [A]ever be the s[D9]ame
[Bm]Even now her love's [G]the reason
[A]There's something sexy about the [D9]rain

And sometimes when it's p[G]ouring down
I feel her kisses on my s[A]kin
[G]I spread my a[A]rms and spin ar[D9]ound
[A]And let that summer island s[D9]torm
Hit me like a hur[G]ricane
It's like she's right here whisper[A]ing
[G]There's something s[A]exy about the r[D9]ain

[Bm]She followed me back to the c[G]ity
[Em]In a p[A]icture in my m[D9]ind
[Bm]She's still young and she's s[G]till pretty
[Em]And even after all this t[A]ime

There's something sexy about [D9]the rain
She said as it came po[G]uring down
It feels like kisses on my [A]skin
[G]She spread her a[A]rms and spun aro[D9]und
[A]In a summer island s[D9]torm
In a field, in a fi[G]eld of sugarcane
She taught me how and sh[A]owed me why
T[G]here's something s[A]exy about t[D9]he rain
She taught me [Bm]how and s[G]he's still why
[A]There's something sexy about [D9]the rain
