Sherry's Living in Paradise

[D]Sherry's living in paradise
[D]Slinging drinks [D/F#]at a bar down [G]by the beach and you [A]know she
[D]Came here from LA.
[D]Southern Cali[D/F#]fornia could not [G]hold her dreams
She's [Em]happy now it [A]seems

'Cause Sherry's [D]livin[D/F#]g, living in [G]paradise
[Em]Chasing something or [A]running from something
[Em]Had a lot of lovers that were [A]good for nothing
And [D]she's [D/F#]thought about leaving [G]once or twice
But she's [Em]still in the sun [A]and this laid-back [G]life
Sherry's [A]living in [G]paradise

[D]Sherry's living in paradise
[D]Somehow the salty [D/F#]air, it soothes her soul,[G] she says it makes he[A]r whole.
[D]She gets hit on by the tourists
[D]But she brushes it o[D/F#]ff 'cause she's heard e[G]very line
She ju[Em]st takes it i[A]n stride

Chorus.
