Whether Or Not

[D] [A] [Bm7] Gadd5 x2

[D] [A]

I'm not nearly as poetic, As I need to be

[Bm7] [Gadd5]

To express, explain, or demonstrate, What you mean to me

[D] [A]

You're a golden ocean, On a shore bright white sand

[Bm7]

I could feel your waves around me

Gadd5 Em EmII

Take me by the hand, Here on the sand

[D] [A]

And I'll wait til forever is through

           [Bm7]

Whether or not you love me

               [Gadd5]

I'll be loving you

[D] [A]

I'll wait til forever is through

          [Bm7]

Whether or not you love me

             [Gadd5]

I'll be loving you

              [Em] EmII

I'll be loving you

The chords are the same for the rest of the song:

In a complicated world
You bring simplicity
Cause when everybody's talking
You're just listening

I've dreamed a thousand dreams
And still nothing compares
To the feeling that you give me
While you're standing here
I don't care if it's fair

I'll wait til forever is through
Whether or not you love me
I'll be loving you
And I'll wait til forever is through
Whether or not you love me
I'll be loving you
I'll be loving you, yeah

Another day, another dollar
Another day to find the answer
Oh my lord, will I have her
Here in my arms
Oh I, I'll wait, wait-ait-ait

I'll wait til forever is through
Whether or not you love me
I'll be loving you, yeah
I'll wait til forever is through
Whether or not you love me
I'll be loving you
I'll be loving you

And that's pretty much it. You just repeat the same chords for verse and chorus. If you
want to add things in which Gabe does. You can add hammer ons to the chords. Such as
when you play the A chord, you can hammer from 0 to 2 on the D string which your strum
pattern to get a similar effect to the one Gabe plays.
