Dancing backwards wound up in another place and time.
no way of knowing where i was headed to.
maybe i was running away like always
sure wasn't ready for something new.
How did I wander back where I started?
Im so glad I found you there.
Time was wasting away, like water through my hands
and blood was dripping from my soul.
Caught up in the motion, motion that is every man
Spinning out of control
How did I get back to where I started?
Im so glad I found you there, yes Im so glad
I found you there.
Seems like Ive know you for a thousand years.
Seems like Ive watched you grow from a child.
Its hard to remember the first time I saw your face
With the moonlight in your smile.
How did I wander back where I started?
Im so glad I found you there
Im so glad I found you there
Oh, Im so glad I found you there
And Im so glad I found you there
