Not A Dull Moment

[A]I remember well the smell of te[D]quila
[A]One bed, one bath, two months with [C#m]Steph
[D]Drinkin' up the sunrise
[E]Then sleep till eight at night
[A]I had a ten day birthday till Tha[D]nk[Dsus4]sgiving [D]
[A]We burnt the bird and hit the [C#]roa[F#]d [A] [D]
Blur in stereo, [E]sonic bookmarks and [A]bad scenes
But not a dull [C#]moment, [F#]I barely[E] miss living [D]in Los Angel[E]es
[A]Only took a week to start the [D]warfare
[A]Eccentric neighbors on we[C#]lfa[F#]re [A] [D]
The turntable spun to the beat of p[E]ounding on the walls
[A]We'd sink another drink with Billy [D]Idol
[A]Have sloppy sex on the living room [C#m]floor
A [D]whirlwind of simple pleasure princi[E]pal
Principles are gone [A]
It's not a dull [C#]moment
[F#]I barely [E]miss living [D]in that selfish [E]bliss with Steph [F#]
And I [D]always have the [A]past to be [E]warned
[F#]And I [D]always knew the [A]last laugh was [E]more
[G]And I can [C#]taste the gold ring [D]tarnish in my[E] mouth
[F#]And I need a [G]drink to wash it out

It's not a dull moment

I barely miss living in that state of filth
So I [D]cleaned the yard, the yard, the yard
[F#]Mow the lawn, scrub the stained rug

So what? It's safe and sound I have found

[D]

easy enough rite?
