Well I think the
[A]time has come
[D]to [G]tell you how I
feel a[D]bout [A]everything
[D]thats [G]been inside my mind
[D]since the [A]day we crossed
[D]the [G]line into this
real [D]life [A]fantasy

cause I poured
my [A]heart into
[D]the [G]last 3 years
of wonde[D]ring
what [A]I should do
should [D]I [G]cash the check
and trade [D]in what I
[A]thought I knew
[D]your [G]promises don't help
to [D]make it [A]easier

Cause the [G]last thing that
I [D]need is [A]somebody like
[G]you to push me a[D]round
and tell [A]me what to [G]do
I know theres a [D]time and
[A]place where [Bm]you can call
the [F#]sho[Bb]ts but it's not [G]here

(Repeat Verse 2)
(Repeat Refrain)

Cause I think [D]this whole
life is just [G]over[A]rated
[D]this whole life is too [G]compli[A]cated
[D]this whole life is just [G]over[A]rated [D]now[G] [A]
[D]this whole life is just [G]over[A]rated
[D]this whole life is too [G]compli[A]cated
[D]this whole life is just [G]over[A]rated [D]now[G] [A]

[G] I don't remember
what you [A]said to
me that night[A] [Ab]
[G] so I just signed
the dotted [Em]line

[A]-[D]-[G]-[D]- x3, [A]--

Cause now I found out
[D]this whole life is just [G]over[A]rated
[D]this whole life is too [G]compli[A]cated
[D]this whole life is just [G]over[A]rated [D]now[G] [A]
[D]this whole life is just [G]over[A]rated
[D]this whole life is too [G]compli[A]cated
[D]this whole life is just [G]over[A]rated [D]now
